Our programs require a clear Motor Vehicle Record on all drivers. Please complete the information for any person who will be driving the vehicle during this loan.
I authorize DriveShop to obtain a current Motor Vehicle Record of my driving history now or any time in the future that I have access to a DriveShop vehicle. I agree that I will not be permitted to operate or have access to a vehicle if my driving record indicates driver ineligibility, as determined by each client and program.
Will anyone else be driving? All additional drivers are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record check and are required to complete DriveShop's Borrowed Vehicle Agreement, to be sent separately upon confirmation.
