I give permission to The Pathfinder School to apply non-arosol sunscreen and bugspray to my child when necessary.

Field Trip/ Transportation Permission
I/We understand that in May, the Early Childhood Program takes a field trip to the Opera house to rehearse for Tapestry, an all school musical preformance. The Pathfinder school will provide Bus transportation for your child. Your child will be under the supervison of Early Childhood faculty members of The Pathfinder School. Your child will be transported in a school owned/ contracted or designated vehicle. Signing below allows permission for your child to be transported under the supervision of The Pathfinder School.
