    Welcome to the LifeWorks Community Action Thanksgiving registration form. LifeWorks provides ingredients for a Thanksgiving meal and a gift card for a turkey or protein of choice to families in Saratoga County. Please note, this program is designed for families who will have 2 or more at dinner. If you are in a household of 1, we can schedule a hot meal delivered to you. Please call us at 518-288-3206 or email intake@lifeworksaction.org.

  • This year we're offering four options to receive your Thanksgiving Basket.

  • Pick-up

    Weekend pickup at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds (Saturday November 22nd from 12pm to 3pm).

    Weekday pickup at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds (Monday November 24th from 12pm to 3pm).

    Weekday pickup at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds (Tuesday November 25th from 12pm to 3pm).

    Delivery

    Weekend Delivery to your home (Saturday November 22nd).

    Baskets will be picked up at The Saratoga County Fairgrounds located at 162 Prospect St, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 on Saturday November 22nd. Baskets will be available to pick up from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. To help us understand how we are supporting our community, please answer the following questions.
  • Weekday Pickup info (Monday 11/24 or Tuesday 11/25)

    Baskets will be picked up at The Saratoga County Fairgrounds located at 162 Prospect St, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 on Monday November 24th and Tuesday November 25th. Baskets will be available to pick up from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. To help us understand how we are supporting our community, please answer the following questions.
  • Weekend Delivery info

    Thanksgiving Baskets will be delivered to your home on Saturday November 23rd. Please answer the following questions to ensure that your delivery can be completed successfully. If your delivery cannot be completed, it will be available for pickup at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds on Monday the 25th or Tuesday the 26th.
  • Delivery Acknowledgement

    I acknowledge that LifeWorks will deliver the order as best as possible using the information provided. Please be home on November 22nd ready to accept the delivery. You will also receive a call or text from one of our volunteer drivers confirming your address and any delivery instructions. If we cannot get in touch or find our house, the delivery may not be able to be completed.
  • You must accept the delivery acknowledgement in order to receive delivery. LifeWorks also offers several in person pick up options.

  • LifeWorks Community Action offers many year round services. Please answer the following questions to let us know if you participate in any of these services or if you're interested in learning more about them.   • WIC (Women, Infants, and Children)

    WIC supports moms, moms-to-be, children aged 5 and under, and their families with access to healthy food nutrition education breastfeeding support referrals to other services
  • Head Start

    Head Start programs support children's growth from birth to age 5 through services centered around early learning and development, health, and family well-being. Head Start staff actively engage parents, recognizing family participation throughout the program as key to strong child outcomes. Head Start offers center-based pre-k as well as home-based programs.
  • Weatherization

    LifeWorks Energy Services Department helps households save money on energy by making improvements to their house or apartment.
  • Family Services

    Family Services supports families and neighbors to achieve economic security and provides guidance and support while working toward short and long-term goals. Services include Mobility Mentoring, case management, and referrals and service navigation.
  • Immigrant Services

    We’re committed to helping immigrants and their families navigate life in a new community and culture. Our goal is to promote healthy, thriving families with strong community connections.  Our trained bilingual staff is here to help immigrants in four key areas - health, education, financial and legal.
  • Food Services

    LifeWorks Community Action offers food assistance through our food pantry. We offer curbside pick up and delivery Tuesday through Friday.
