Based on its review of the above-referenced inspection report, the Property Committee of Hudson River Presbytery asks that the following repairs or remediations noted in the report be completed by the congregation prior to the move-in date of the next pastor:
While the Property Committee is not requiring that the following conditions, repairs, or remediations be completed prior to the move-in date of the next pastor, the Committee does believe that the following matters need serious consideration and should be addressed by the congregation in a timely manner:
NOTE: Before the pastor moves into the manse, the congregation shall have (a) confirmed to the Property Committee that the repairs required under Section A above have been completed and (b) received the Committee’s sign off on such work.
