- Registrations will be reviewed, and confirmed tickets will be issued subject to eligibility and availability.
- Attendance is restricted to healthcare professionals and healthcare students.
- A special 3-day rate is available for medical students, resident doctors, and allied healthcare professionals (limited capacity).
- Once we receive your registration, you will receive an email confirming your status and payment instructions.
- Payment must be completed within the deadline given to secure your place.
- If full conference tickets are unavailable, you may be offered a Sunday-only ticket instead.
- If capacity is reached, your name will be added to a waiting list and you will be notified if places become available.
