Scrimmage Request Form
Please complete all information below. Payment is the last part of this form and has to be competed before your request can be submitted.

USAGE LIMITS: Teams are not limited to a specific amount of activities on the fields. All requests have to be submitted electronically and approved by the Games Commissioner.

SCRIMMAGES: All scrimmages at ISSC must have at lease one currently licensed referee officiating the entire scrimmage. You may add linesmen in addition to the center if you would like.

VERIFICATION: The club will be checking to verify that the rules are being followed. If a team is caught breaking the rules, they will lose their option to rent fields at ISSC.

BASC may not be able to grant all field usage requests. The time or day you request may not be available.

BASC reserves the right to cancel any field usage requests that have been granted. If BASC cancels your reservation, you may requst a refund or ask for the usage to be rescheduled.

Field Request Type*
Turf Fields are only available in 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 sizes. All 4v4 requests will be put on grass fields.
USER agrees to abide by the BASC Turf Field Policy which states that food and drink on the turf surfaces shall be limited to Water Only, no sports drinks, no gum, no food, no seeds, no sharp objects, no stakes, no tobacco, no pets, no bicycles. Molded Cleats or Athletic Shoes Only! Signage expressing such shall be maintained in areas around and leading to the turf fields. Violation of the policy by players, team officials or associated spectators will result in a fine of $100, payable by the associated team. Failure to pay turf field violation fines or repeated violations may result in forfeiture of turf field use privileges as decided by the BASC Executive Board*

USER agrees that there shall be no movement of any turf field goals or weighted bags on turf surfaces. Movement of turf field goals or weighted bags shall be performed only by persons expressly authorized by BASC. Any turf field goals not in use shall be moved to the designated storage area and secured in a safe manner only by persons expressly authorized by BASC. Violation of this policy by players, team officials or associated spectators may result in a fine of $100, payable by the associated team. Failure to pay turf field violation fines or repeated violations may result in forfeiture of turf field use privileges as decided by the BASC Executive Board.*

USER agrees that if turf field corner flags are requested, it will be the responsibility of BASC to add, move or remove the corner flag base and flags from turf fields. Violation of this policy by players, team officials or associated spectators may result in a fine of $50 and to pay the cost to replace or repair any corner flags/bases that are lost/stolen/damaged during field usage. Failure to pay turf field violation fines, repairs or replacement of corner flags/bases or repeated violations may result in forfeiture of turf field use privileges as decided by the BASC Executive Board.*

NOTES:

Scrimmages cannot be scheduled at ISSC on the dates below for the fall 2025 and spring 2026 seasons.

Also, scrimmages can only be scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays during non league or tournament weekends. If you are not sure if your weekend scrimmage falls in this timeframe, please email games@basoccer.club for confirmation.

The options for times have changed. The blue text below are the options that are now available. If you are requesting a Saturday time, you will need to also choose either Morning, Afternoon or Evening. Weeknight and Sunday will not have additional options.

Weeknight (Monday - Friday)

Kickoff will be at either 6pm or 7:30pm

Saturday

Morning // Kickoff will be between 9am and 12pm

Afternoon // Kickoff will be between 1pm and 4pm

Evening // Kickoff will be between 5pm - 7pm

Sunday

Kickoff will be between 2pm and 6pm

You may list a specific time you want in the notes section. The scheduler will accommodate the exact time when available, but reserves the right to schedule anytime during the time frame selected.

Scrimmage - Referee
A currently registered and grade appropriate center referee must be in uniform and present to referee the scrimmage. (Failure to have a currently registered referee will result in a fine of $75 and may result in rental privileges being suspended.)

For each referee that BASC assigns to your game, there will be a $5 assigning fee charged. (Referee pay is separate than the assigning fee.)

Referee Payment is to be negotiated between the coach and referee and should be paid at the field before the game. A guideline for referee payment can be found below.
