This application form is our booking form and once reviewed and accepted, you are booked into attend. Please DO NOT fill this in if you are only after further information or to check availability. All applications submitted constitute a request to book a stand and acceptance of our terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy. If you are in need of further information then please go to our Exhibitor Page or our FAQs. After you have submitted an application, you will be contacted within 7 days about whether you have been accepted. Invoices then must be paid within 14 days from when you are accepted. *Please note that food trucks & bars may only provide samples for this event and are not permitted to sell on the day*

Workshops & Talks
If you would like to pitch a workshop idea to run during the event, please let us know below. Please note this doesn't guarantee you a workshop slot. You will be contacted by us if you have been successful so try to make it as exciting, fun and unique as possible. You must provide all materials needed for your workshop but you can charge admission if you wish to to help cover these costs. We ask that tickets are kept to an affordable price (under £10).
