Patriot Events & Rentals – Liability Waiver & Release Agreement
This agreement releases Patriot Events & Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability related to the use of rented equipment, including but not limited to: bounce houses, photo booths, tents, tables, chairs, and linens.
1. Acknowledgment of Risk:
I understand there are inherent risks in using rental equipment (e.g., bounce houses, photo booths, tents, etc.), including injury and property damage.
2. Assumption of Responsibility:
I take full responsibility for all risks and damages and agree to supervise use of the equipment and follow all safety rules.
3. Bounce House Use (if applicable):
Adult supervision required at all times. No flips, rough play, or sharp items allowed. Shoes must be removed.
4. Photo Booth (if applicable):
Props and materials must be used responsibly. I assume responsibility for safe guest use.
5. Indemnification:
I agree to hold harmless Patriot Events & Rentals from any claims, injuries, or damages.
6. Damage or Loss:
I will reimburse for any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Severability:
If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
