This portrait session will be held at Holiday Inn Express Across from the Advent Health Center Ice at your scheduled time.

You are purchasing a unique portrait of your child very similar to the style on the advertisement. An 8x10 print of the portrait will be delivered to the mailing address provided above approximately 2–3 weeks after your session.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot. You will be charged for the selected session time. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

*****Please make sure the participant has a game jersey (lighter color preferred), stick, shoulder pads and elbow pads. This portrait will be from chest up only.******Goalies can be full body all gear besides helmet and skates are required

There will also be bright flashes associated with this portrait. If you or your child are sensitive to bright flashes please do not attend.
