Thank you for considering having McKamey Animal Center participate in your event! We are so grateful for each and every request, but as you can imagine, we cannot commit to every request and still meet the needs of all of the animals in our facility and throughout the community. Please complete the form below providing us with more details about what you have in mind for your event so that we can determine if we have staff available to serve you. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee our participation or commitment -- we will send you an email confirmation or send our regrets within 5 business days. Also, requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to your requested event date, as fulfilling last minute requests may not be possible. A MAC staff member will reach out within 5 business days to let you know whether your request can be honored. Please note the following disclaimers and requirements:
By signing below, you understand and agree that if your request is approved the following provisions will apply:
- Scheduled events may be altered or canceled by MAC last minute if natural disasters, communicable disease outbreaks, or other unforeseen events occur.
- All approved events must have final confirmation of event details provided at least 48 hours before; if there has been no communication with requestor 48 hours before the event is scheduled to begin the event will be presumed canceled.
- MAC assumes no liability for injuries or illness that might arise in connection with their participation in this event, and event organizers/promoters will indemnify and hold harmless MAC from any and all liability associated with particiation.
