This three-hour class will dive deep into what you need to know about taking care of your baby. Never changed a diaper before? Don't worry! We'll go over the principles and even have hands-on practice with model dolls. Don't know the first thing about holding or swaddling your newborn? We've got you covered. This class also includes evidence-based sleep information, what to expect IN the diaper, making the most of your bonding experience, and more. You'll leave this class feeling more confident as a new parent and with a toolbox of ideas for caring for your little one. Held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 5pm-8pm
During labor the baby needs to pass through the three levels of the pelvis. Learn techniques to help your pelvis and it’s muscles that support or restrict your pelvic levels. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby!” Spinning Babies® reveals how the baby can find optimal positions for labor, and make birth less painful, and even pleasurable!
Whether you're a first-time or experienced parent, this class is designed for birth partners to learn useful tools and techniques that can help ease labor, promote relaxation and build confidence around ways to support a birthing person during labor. This is also really great way to feel more connected to your partner during pregnancy. Held on the 1st Saturday of the month from 10am-12pm
