Everbloom Nature School Policies
At Everbloom, we believe in creating a safe, nurturing space for children and their families to learn, play, and grow together. To help everything run smoothly, please review the following policies:
📌 Program Overview
Everbloom Nature School is a parent-and-child enrichment program with a strong focus on nature, emotional growth, creativity, and community. Our sessions include circle time, hands-on learning activities, outdoor exploration, and a gentle closing routine. A consistent rhythm supports children’s sense of security and belonging.
🕒 Attendance & Refunds
Consistency helps children thrive, so we encourage families to attend all scheduled sessions.
Missed classes are not refundable.
Discovery Day is non-refundable.
🌞 Weather & Outdoor Policy
Classes will be held outdoors as much as possible, even in light rain or cool weather.
Please dress children accordingly and bring extra layers if needed.
In cases of extreme weather or poor air quality, we may modify class plans or cancel if absolutely necessary (with notice via email or text).
There are no make-up days for weather-related cancellations.
🧡 Safety & Expectations
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child at all times during class.
Mrs. Stacy is your guide and facilitator—not a caregiver—but she’s always happy to support you when needed.
Please help your child use materials safely and respectfully.
Step away or offer a quiet moment if your child becomes upset—we understand big feelings are part of growing.
📝 Sign-In & Sign-Out
For each class, a parent or guardian is required to sign in and sign out. This helps us keep accurate attendance records and ensures a smooth, safe transition for all children. A sign-in sheet will be available at the entrance each day.
👨👩👧👦 Tag-Along Siblings
Siblings under age 2 may attend for free with a registered child.
For older siblings who’d like to join regularly, we ask for a small tag-along fee to help cover materials.
Please let us know in advance if a sibling will be attending so we can prepare accordingly.
Tag-along pricing may vary by season and will be shared at the start of each registration period.
