Name The name of this organization shall be Fan Of The Logo Holdings Icorporated D/B/A Fan of the Logo, hereinafter referred to as “The Organization.”

Purpose The Fan Of The Logo is dedicated to becoming one of the Premier Sporting Clubs through consistent delivery of high value Community Services and excellent value in an atmosphere of camaraderie for the enjoyment of members, family, friends and guests.

Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who support the mission and values of Fan of the Logo. All members are expected to contribute actively to the organization and uphold its values of camaraderie, integrity, and service.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

• I understand that monthly non-officer membership dues are $25.00 for all patched and prospect members.

• I agree to comply with the Fan of the Logo Constitution, Bylaws, Code of Conduct, and all adopted policies.

• I acknowledge that violations involving threats, violence, harassment, racism, or discrimination may result in immediate expulsion.

• I commit to attending chapter meetings, organizational events, and approved activities.

• I understand that community service is mandatory component of membership and agree to complete a minimum of two (2) hours per month either individually or with the chapter.

• I agree to participate in at least one (2) chapter-sponsored community service events per quarter.

• I understand failure to meet service or participation requirements may result in disciplinary action, including probation or dismissal.

• I acknowledge that membership dues, fees, and patch payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.

• I understand membership may be terminated if I am deemed unfit, unwilling to serve, or in violation of organizational policy.

Application Review & Follow Up
This is a application or inquiry for membership and does not constitute membership acceptance.

A member of our National Executive Committee or the Designated Chapter Leadership will follow up with you to introduce themselves and explain more about Fan of the Logo and answer any questions that you may have.

If your choose to move forward with your application additional documentation will be sent the necessary membership forms electronically.
