CSC Mentorship Program Registration

Welcome to CSC's mentorship program for 2025-26. We are excited to have you as an active participant this year.
Deadline for applications: Sunday, September 7

Initial pairings for those who sign up by the deadline will begin to be made the week of September 8.

Once the initial pairings are announced, the form will reopen for late sign ups.

Current CSC membership is required to participate in the Mentorship Program. Click here if you need to purchase or renew your membership. You will not be paired until you have a current 2025-26 membership.

Mentors and mentees are paired with consideration given to preferences of experience, goals, geographic location, gender and division provided in this application form. Although not guaranteed, the Mentorship Committee attempts to match as many people as possible with similar interests and goals.
