All individuals interested in serving Great Hearts Lakeside through volunteering must complete this training, sign the required forms, and have a clear background check on file. These requirements must be updated each school year.
As you progress through this form, you'll need to read each graphic closely to ensure that you understand the rules and expectations for volunteers. Your electronic signature at the end of the form is you agreeing to the expectations set forth and that, to the best of your ability, you will follow all of the rules.
