  • A-MAZE-ing Ways to be Connected

Get connected. Stay safe. Be a-maze-ing in emergencies and disasters
  • We are creating a digital mentoring program to help people with intellectual disability build confidence using technology.
    This includes learning how to:

    • use phones, tablets or computers
    • access health services online
    • stay safe and connected during emergencies

This survey is for carers, support workers, or family members who support someone with an intellectual disability.

Your answers will help us understand what support people need and how we can design the best learning program.

    • The survey takes about 5–10 minutes to complete.
    • There are no right or wrong answers.
    • You can skip any questions you don’t want to answer.

At the end, you can choose to leave your contact details if you’d like to stay connected or find out more.
