BCA does not have a nurse on staff: It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to administer medications; however, if your child has any allergy or diagnosis that may require medical intervention, please make sure the teacher has the inhaler, EpiPen, diabetic supplies, or necessary medication for treatment should an emergency arise. All medications must be in original containers labeled with name, expiration date, dosage and prescribing physician. All medical supplies will be kept in a locked cabinet.

Tuition Options

Please select your preferred billing option below
We provide four options for tuition payments:

1.      Pay for the whole year and receive a 5% discount.

2.      Pay by the semester. We have two semesters. Payment is due on the 1st of each semester.

3.      Monthly, on the 1st of each Month.

4.      Bi-monthly, with the first half of tuition paid on the 1st and the second half paid on the 15th of each month.

Payment can be made online or in person. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards. Dishonored payments will incur an additional $25 returned payment fee. For your convenience, we offer multiple billing options and payment methods. A sibling discount of 10% is awarded to each student after the first student.
