Flower Wall Rental Agreement
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to the event.
Rental Duration
- Standard rental includes 6 hours of use.
- Additional time is billed at $120 per hour.
Set-Up & Break-Down
- Set-up and break-down will only be performed by Heartfelt Proposal staff.
Clients, guests, or vendors are not permitted to assemble or disassemble the flower wall.
Outdoor Installations
- Outdoor setups are weather-dependent.
- In case of rain or high winds, the flower wall must be placed indoors.
Usage & Responsibility
The flower wall is for decoration and photography only.
Do not lean, pull, or climb on it.
Client is responsible for any damages, including full replacement cost of the flower wall.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 2 or more days prior to the event incur no fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations forfeit 100% of the rental fee.
Fees
Late Fee: $250 will be charged if event access is delayed by the client or venue.
Travel Fee: Applies for events more than [X miles] from our location.
Hanging Fee: $100 applies for hanging signs, neon lights, or other décor (installed by staff only).
Client Requirements
Client must provide a flat, stable surface and access to a standard electrical outlet if lighting or signage is required.
