I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above, or I certify that I have been duly authorized by the parent or legal guardian to sign this Agreement on their behalf. I have read and understand the entire Agreement and consent to the minor’s participation in the Activities. I agree, on behalf of the minor and the minor’s parent or legal guardian, to all the terms set forth above.

I further represent and warrant that I have full legal authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the minor and the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and I understand that the Owner Parties are relying on this representation.
