2026 AMSS WORKSHOP REQUEST FORM

Please fill out the information below. Note there are some fields that are required. An Alaska Marine Science Symposium coordinator will contact you with more information upon completing your request.

AMSS provides the room space for workshops during the week of AMSS. The 2026 AMSS will be held at the Hotel Captain Cook Monday, January 26-30, 2026. Request for workshops close on December 9, 2025. To encourage participation in the plenary and poster sessions, workshop space will only be available:
- Monday, January 26: 5 - 6pm
- Tuesday, January 27: 12 - 1pm and 5-6pm
- Wednesday, January 28: 12-1pm and 5-9pm
- Thursday, January 29: 12-1pm and 5-9pm
- Friday, January 30: 8am -9pm
Please note that all A/V and catering needs will be coordinated directly with the Captain Cook Facilitator. Their contact information will be sent upon space assigment.

Workshop space is on a first-come-first-serve basis. You will receive a space and time assignment email.
