    MTFA Asyura 2025

    May Peace & Blessings Be Upon You! 

    Thank you for your interest to volunteer with us for MTFA Asyura 2025. This year, we aim to bring huge smiles to more than 330 vulnerable children and youths across Singapore. 

    We are seeking for volunteer drivers & volunteer coordinators to assist in delivering Bags of Joy to our beneficiaries. 

    Note: 

    Volunteer Drivers - To assist in the delivering of Bags of Joy door-to-door to our beneficiaries

    Volunteer Coordinator - To assist in the logistical and admin support at MTFA HQ (5 Mattar) during the event day. 

     IMPORTANT NOTES:

    1. Distribution will be on Sunday, 6th July 2025.

    2. Volunteer Coordinators: Reporting Address is at MTFA, 5 Mattar Road, S387713. Reporting time is at 8:00 AM. 

    3. Volunteer Driver: Reporting Address is at Jln Anggerek starting from 9AM. Collection address is at MTFA, 5 Mattar Road, S387713. 

    4. The number of households allocated to each volunteer/vehicle will be around 4, depending on the location of the addresses you need to deliver to. Each household will be allocated 4 bags.

    5. Each volunteer driver is required to have their own transport (Cars, Vans or Mini-Bus with ample boot space). Kindly provide your vehicle number for identification in this form. 

    6.  Please do not make multiple registration for each vehicle. 

    7. If you are bringing along family or friends, please ensure the following: 

    i. A maximum of 5 people accompanying you. 

    ii. Avoid including children, individuals with chronic conditions, or pregnant women as volunteers. 

    8. Please select your preferred area of delivery. While we try our best to match your preference, you may be requested to deliver to another area.

    9. To ease the delivery, you are recommended to bring along a trolley. 

    *We seek your understanding to note that slots available is on a first come, first serve basis. 

    10. We expect the whole distribution event to end around 12PM.
