Civic House, 26 Civic St, Glasgow G4 9RH
Join us for the Glasgow Climate Action Hub’s next network event themed around the wider health benefits of biodiversity, greenspace and nature within our city.
The session will finish at 12.15 and then lunch will be provided. Attendees are invited to stay and catch up with colleagues over food
We'll have an introduction from Robert Ball, one of GCVS' environmental advisers and we'll hear from Colleen Turner, Community Engagement Officer for RSPB’s Give Nature a Home project, Harley Mathieson, Senior Project Officer for The Conservation Volunteers and Claire Martin, Project Officer of Butterfly Conservation’s Glasgow Wild Spaces Project.
Each speaker will help build a picture of the wider health benefits of nature and biodiversity in our communities.
Kate V Robertson from Circular Arts Network will also be there to speak about their work as well as their new ReUse Hub.
This event will be ideal for any groups in Glasgow who want to improve the health and wellbeing of their community while also exploring climate themes like biodiversity, greenspace and nature. Anyone who's interested in joining the network to attend can do so here. www.gcah.scot
