    BOOTH RENTAL
    Small - 8' x 12' (96 sq. ft. / 28 lineal feet of walls) w/ 4 lights:  $7,000
    Medium - 12' x 12' (144 sq. ft. / 36 lineal feet of walls) w/ 6 lights:  $9,500
    Large - 12' x 24 (288 sq. ft. / 48 lineal feet of walls) w/ 7 lights:  $17,500
    Extra Large - 12' x 36' (432 sq. ft. / 60 lineal feet of walls) w/ 9 lights:  $25,000

    RENTAL PRICING INCLUDES
    3.5m (10’) high MDF walls painted white, standard booth signage, with 1 light per 25 sq. ft.

    FAIR GUIDE 
    A $250 fee is required for each exhibitor's listing in the official fair guide

    Upon acceptance by Intersect Art + Design, the information submitted by the Exhibitor in this Exhibitor Application may be used on marketing materials, including, but not limited to, onsite signage throughout the Fair as it is submitted on this form.  Please use accurate spelling, capitalization and punctuation.

  • Exhibition Space Rental

    Rates and Payment Schedule
  • Note: Booth sizes are subject to availability and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should the size you have requested no longer be available, you will be contacted directly. There is a $500 additional fee for outside wall requests (corner spaces) of twelve-foot depths and $350 additional fee for outside wall requests (corner spaces) of eight-foot depths.

  • AMOUNTS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 

    Exhibition Space rental payments shall be paid to Intersect Art + Design (vGMgt LLC) as follows:

    • 50% of Total Booth Cost due upon Acceptance

    • Remaining Balance due on December 10, 2025

    Invoices will be provided with payment instructions. Additional decorative elements and accessories may be ordered/paid through Intersect Art + Design's exhibitor services contractor (additional details, order forms and payment instructions to be provided in due course).
