  • Welcome to Fluffy Butts Rescue’s Adoption Application! 🐾

    Fluffy Butts Rescue is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need — with a special focus on huskies, cattle breeds, and other high-risk shelter animals. Our efforts are primarily funded by our founder and generous supporters through fundraising and donations.

    All animals in our care are housed either with the founder or in trusted foster homes, where they receive love, attention, and the individualized care they need to thrive. Every pet adopted through Fluffy Butts Rescue will be up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and provided with any necessary medical care prior to placement.

    This questionnaire is designed to help us find the most suitable match for each dog — ensuring the best fit for both the pet and the adopter. We ask that all parties involved in the adoption process complete the application in full. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

    Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee approval, and Fluffy Butts Rescue reserves the right to deny any application at our discretion.

  • If you are adopting one of our puppies, you must fill out the following information below. Puppies adoption fees are $600 and nonrefundable, with a required $200 down hold fee. In the event of an unforeseen death of the puppy prior to finalized adoption, the deposit will be refunded. In the event you decide you no longer what the puppy, you must let us know prior to the spay/neuter or you will forfeit the deposit. If you agree to these terms and wish to move forward, please select "I agree", Otherwise, select N/A and skip the puppy questions.*
  • You understand the adoption fee is to help cover the costs of vaccines, spay/neuter and food for the puppies the rescue has incurred.
  • You understand that you are applying for a fully vaccinated and dewormed puppy that is spayed/neutered and microchipped. Puppies will require more deworming treatments in the future as per your veterinarian.
  • You understand that you are applying for and placing a $200 deposit to hold a puppy. Application does not guarantee you will receive the puppy, in which case you will be refunded. In the event of your puppy dying before adoption is complete, the deposit will be refunded. If you decide you no longer wish to adopt the puppy, you must let us know in writing prior to the spay/neuter or the deposit will be nonrefundable.
  • You understand that puppies require training, and you will not be adopting a fully housebroken puppy.

  • If under any circumstances you were unable to keep your new pet, Fluffy Butt's Rescue INC requires that you agree to retrun the animal directly to the rescue and will not surrender to a shelter or another rescue, abandon, or rehome to another party (rehome: unless prior written concent is recieved from Fluffy Butts Rescue). If the animal is returned to Fluffy Butts Rescue INC., the adoption fee is nonrefundable.

    • By signing this application and clicking the submit button, I agree to go through the adoption process, will undergo a homecheck, and interview. 
    • By signing this application and clicking the submit button, I understand my references will be checked including veterinary and personal. 
    • By signing this application and clicking the submit button, I understand there is an adoption donation associated with adoption of a pet (upon approval) and that it is tax deductible according to IRS 501(c)3 guidelines.  I understand this donation will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet. I understand that it is a nonrefundable donation. 
    • By signing this application and clicking the submit button, I understand there is no "cooling off" period, and that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify Fluffy Butts Rescue INC BY EMAIL and provide a 14 day period to allow Fluffy Butts Rescue INC to make arrangents for my pet to be taken back into rescue. 
    • By signing this application and clicking the submit button, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rescue center against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed.  
    • By signing this application and clicking the submit button, I understand that Fluffy Butts will disclose any of the pet's health or behavior issues known by the above named rescue group before adoption is completed. 
    • By signing and clicking the submit button, I verify all of the above information is true and accurate.
