By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation Risk: I understand that Brush, Sip & Step with Sassy Red activities involve the use of paints, tools, and related materials, which may stain clothing, personal items, or skin. I accept full responsibility for my participation and that of my guests. Aprons are provided, but participants should dress accordingly.

BYOB Policy: For events allowing alcohol, participants must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Brush, Sip & Step with Sassy Red reserves the right to request identification and refuse service to anyone not meeting legal age requirements. All participants consuming alcohol do so at their own risk.

Photography & Media Release: I grant Brush, Sip & Step with Sassy Red permission to photograph or video record my event and use such media for promotional purposes, unless I provide written notice opting out before the event date.

Non-Refundable Deposits & Cancellations: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to transfer the deposit to a future date. Rescheduling within 30 days per our availability. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit all payments.

Damage & Responsibility: Brush, Sip & Step with Sassy Red is not responsible for damage to personal property, venues, or injury to participants during or after the event.

All packages include setup and cleanup
