I, understand that participation in Junior Marine Tech Day includes hands-on marine electronics activities, boat wiring demonstrations, fishing-related instruction, and outdoor activities. These activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injury, equipment use, weather conditions, water-related hazards, or environmental factors. I voluntarily choose to allow my child to participate in this event.
Assumption of Responsibility & Release

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Waypoint Marine Technologies, The Luck Group, their officers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from participation in this event.
