To access online e-modules and/or virtual courses and to officiate at sanctioned competitons, volunteers must be registered annually and be an Active official in the Swimming Canada Registration and Events Management System (REMS). Please complete the following questions to activate your official's account for the 2025-2026 swim season.

    After completing this form, Swim Saskatchewan will register you as an official in the Swimming Canada Registration and Events Management System (REMS). This may take up to 72 hours.  

    Once we activate your account, you will receive an auto generated email from the Swimming Canada Registration system. This email will come from SportLomo - noreply+name of your swim with the subject line "Needs More Info". Please look for this in your inbox, junk, and spam boxes. If you need assistance activating your account, please see the Help Guide here.

    Once logged into your account, click the blue button that says "Update Information", where you will complete your registration and the various consents to reach a status of "Active". Officials must be registered annually. 

    Once you are registered as an Active official, you will be able to access: 

    1. Virtual and/or in-person clinics hosted by Swim Sask officials:

    • Inspector of Turns
    • Judge of Stroke
    • Chief Judge Electronics/Chief Recorder/Recorder
    • Meet Manager

    2. E-modules: (self-directed learning through the Swimming Canada Learning Managment System)

    • Introduction to Swimming Officiating 
    • Safety Marshal
    • Chief Timekeeper
    • Administration Desk
    • Para Swimming

    To find and register for the clinincs or e-modules, click "Login to LMS" when in your REMS account.
