To help us plan for the upcoming year (September 2026 - August 2027), please take a moment to fill out this application and return it to us by June 1, 2026.

You can either upload any additional documents directly to the form or email them to outreach@menlo.church by the same deadline. Please be sure to include your organization’s name in the file name.

We encourage you to answer each question thoughtfully, but concisely, so we can better understand your partnership goals.

Please note that submitting an application doesn’t guarantee funding. Our review team will carefully consider your request, along with other factors like available funds and our current mission partner landscape. We’ll let you know our decision by email in September.
