2025 New Vendor Document
All new vendors to the Downtown Winter Farmers' Market. (Even if you have already been approved for the Incubator Program or our regular season Downtown Farmers' Market) must submit and complete a New Vendor Intake Form. The form is below and the preferred submission method. If there are technical difficulties, please email this information to farmersmarket@downtowndsmusa.com by 9/8/25. If not received by the deadline the application will be deemed incomplete, and the business will be denied from participating in the 2025 Downtown Winter Farmers Market.
