Qualifications to becoming a leader:
1. Mature and growing disciple of Jesus and well-grounded in Scripture
2. Must agree on the theology and methodology of RCC
3. Member of the Church
4. Genuine love for people, along with demonstrated relational skills
5. Good verbal skills
  1. Ability to communicate with graciousness in a way that is clear and understandable
  2. Ability to both challenge and encourage others in their walks with the Lord
6. Humble demeanor and teachable spirit; consistent and reliable
7. Solid reputation (above reproach) inside and outside the Church
8. Willing to be judged with greater strictness as a leader in the Church
9. Ability to lead adults

1. Membership interview completed
2. Completed background check
3. Meeting with GC Director
4. Complete GC 101
5. Signed Code of Conduct
6. Completed Reference Form
7. Team of two (2) other families to partner with prior to launch
