Centering Prayer

Centering prayer is a form of silent prayer. This centering prayer group is a hybrid group meaning you can join in person or online via Zoom, and is an opportunity to pray in community. Thomas Keating says that silence is God’s first language. In the silence of centering prayer we are given space to become fluent in God’s native language.
