Description:
A thriving membership doesn’t happen by chance; it’s the result of thoughtful design and intentional support throughout the entire member journey. From that first warm welcome to a graceful and connected farewell, each stage of the member lifecycle offers an opportunity to build deeper engagement, belonging, and joy.
In this HIVE session, we’ll explore the five key phases of the Harmony, Inc. Member Lifecycle:
Onboarding → Investment → Leadership → Detachment → Departure
We’ll introduce MEDAL (Member Experience Discovery & Action Library), a growing resource filled with practical tools and ideas to support each phase of this journey. Designed to spark insight, not prescribe solutions, MEDAL helps chapters and leaders create member experiences that truly resonate.
Together, we’ll:
- Unpack the unique needs and opportunities at each stage of the member lifecycle
- Tour current and upcoming MEDAL content
- Share real-world tactics and challenges around building meaningful member connections
Whether you're a chorus leader, membership coordinator, or simply passionate about creating a welcoming, lasting community, this session will help you approach member experience with fresh energy and purpose.
