Participant Rules
Participants agree to the following:
 Follow the marked course at all times.
 Obey all course signage, cones, and markers indicating where to run, including on roads.
 Refrain from pushing, interfering with, or otherwise endangering other participants.
 Follow instructions from event staff, volunteers, and representatives at all times.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability
I understand that participating in the Hill Country Hustle is a potentially hazardous activity. I
certify that I am medically able and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.
I acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my
participation, including but not limited to:
 Interaction with traffic on or near the course;
 Falls or physical contact with other participants;
 Conditions of the course, which may include but are not limited to: curbs, vehicles,
uneven pavement, potholes, rocks, and other hazards.
Knowing and fully appreciating these risks, and in consideration of acceptance of my entry, I
hereby, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns:
 Covenant not to sue, and fully waive, release, and discharge Lincoln Sports, its
officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, and any other individuals or entities acting on its
behalf or associated with the Hill Country Hustle, from any and all claims or liability for
injury, death, or damage of any kind arising from my participation in this event.
This waiver and release extends to all claims of every kind or nature, whether foreseen or
unforeseen, known or unknown.
I also authorize emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the event.

Furthermore, I grant full permission to Lincoln Sports and/or its authorized representatives to use
my name, age, date of birth, finish placement, and finish time in public results, and to use any
photographs, videos, recordings, or other records of my participation in this event for any lawful
purpose, including promotional or marketing use.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above
Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability. If the participant is under 18 years of age,
a parent or legal guardian must sign below.

VOLUNTARY DONATION TO LINCOLN SPORTS
DONATION
Lincoln Sports Inc. is a non-profit organization run by volunteer board members. We offer multiple programs to our community including free youth sports, summer camp, organizing the Hill Country Hustle, and providing facilities for sports and recreation. Our tennis court, which is freely open to the public, is in need of expensive repair including resurfacing. The Hill Country Hustle is a FREE event, but please consider making a donation for the tennis court. Thank you!
