This is a small group and requires homework in between sessions. Will you commit to practicing at least an hour per week in between sessions?*

It is required to read *Feeling Good Together* for this group. Will you commit to Reading through Chapter 7 **including including writing out plusses and minuses of blame** before the group starts and finishing the book before the last group session?*

I commit to READING Feeling Good Together through chapter 7 BEFORE THE GROUP STARTS and bringing plusses and minuses of blame to the first session - and finishing the book by the end of the group.
I acknowledge this group is ONLY for education and does NOT provide treatment. This 5 Secrets group is intended as education to help people get closer to people they would like to get closer to, but is NOT intended to treat any illness and is also NOT an emotional support group. There will NOT be any support in between groups or after the group is over. There is absolutely NO treatment contract between myself and Dr. Vance implied by this group. I take full responsibility for my own health and indemnify, defend and hold harmless any of the above persons and/or entities if I experience any adverse feelings or health during or after this group whether or not they may relate to the group in any way.
