Event Set Up Information
- Vendor set-up will be Friday, June 19, 1-4 PM and Saturday, June 20, 7-9 AM
- No cars will be allowed in the Pavilion area after 9 AM. All vendors must be set-up by 9:30 AM.
- Application and payment must be received no later than May 29, 2026 at 5 PM.
- This is rain or shine event. There will be no refunds.
- Only ADA recognized service dogs are allowed inside the pavilion during the Children’s Festival.
- Vendors must stay until the gates close at 3 PM.
