Employment Training Panel (ETP) - Training Interest Form

The Employment Training Panel (ETP) provides funding to help employers upgrade worker skills through training that leads to good-paying, long-term jobs. Created in 1982 and funded by a special payroll tax, ETP is governed by a panel representing business, labor, and state government. It’s a funding agency—not a training provider—so businesses determine their training needs. The Oceanside Chamber is here to support you.
