Clinician to CEO is a hybrid, transformative 5-day seminar designed for therapists, coaches, and mental health professionals who are ready to evolve from service provider to business owner. This experience bridges the gap between clinical expertise and entrepreneurial success without the burnout, confusion, or guesswork. Each session is led by proven entrepreneurs who have built thriving practices, consulting firms, and wellness brands. You’ll gain insider knowledge, avoid common pitfalls, and receive actionable tools to launch or grow your own aligned, ethical, and financially sound business.

Through a mix of expert-led teaching, real-life case examples, and interactive exercises, you’ll walk away with the clarity, structure, and confidence to shift from clinician to CEO with a business that reflects your purpose and supports your well-being.

Articulate their personal “why” for starting a mental health-focused business and describe the various business models available in the mental health space.
Identify and plan for the ethical and legal requirements of operating a mental health business, including appropriate structure, documentation, and compliance.
Learn from a master marketing expert and develop a foundational marketing strategy that includes basic branding, digital presence, and relationship-building tactics to attract ideal clients.
Design simple and effective systems for client onboarding, session delivery, and business operations using accessible tools and workflows.
Implement a sustainable financial and scheduling plan that includes pricing strategies, payment models, and wellness practices to support long-term growth.
