Rules:
♕Open to all states and ages of women and young girls
♕Submit a video up to 60 seconds of your contestant with their fun fashion, beauty, or outfit of choice routine/performance from any other pageant or any location! Videos can be from any type of pageant, your backyard, or anywhere that you can show off your skills, the background will not be judged! Outfits can be fun fashion, beauty, outfit of choice, or any other outfit you want to model! There will be one queen receiving a crown & sash and 1-2 runners up receiving a plaque per age group, all prizes will be mailed!
♕Everyone will receive scores with constructive feedback from each judge to help prepare for future pageants!

♕Baby Miss 0-3 years (will split if enough entries)
♕Little Miss 4-6 years
♕Young Miss 7-9 years
♕Junior Miss 10-12 years
♕Teen Miss 13-16 years
♕Miss 17-25 years
♕Ms. 26+ (Married, Single, With or Without Children)
Fees:
♕$25 Entry REQUIRED (you may enter another video for another $25 as a separate entry, limit 2 entries per contestant and takes 2 spots out of the 10)
♕Optional photogenic: $10 per photo, unlimited amount (one award per age group, will receive score per photo)
Hair & Makeup/Outfits:
♕Anything goes! You can wear your fun fashion outfit, an outfit of choice routine from another pageant, your beauty routine, or any other outfit you want to model! For ages 0-6 a parent can be in the video like they would be escorting onstage. The parent will not be judged!
♕There are no hair or makeup rules, if you use a video from another pageant that is fine! Whatever you have goes. There will be a score from the overall appearance, this is the overall look head to toe. You are not required to have full stage hair and makeup, just look nice and presentable!
Video Layout:
♕You can walk however you would like! There is no pattern or certain format. You may add music if you like, they will judge based off your:
Confidence (10 points)
Sense of style (10 points)
Overall appearance (10 points)
Personality (10 points)
Videos cannot extended 60 seconds and can be from another pageant, your back yard, or any other location! The judges will not be looking at the location you are filming, use what you have! Meaning you can video it as many times you want to do your best!
♕You may enter up to 2 entries per contestant, they will be judged as separate entries and count towards the 10 per group. (videos should be from the past 6 months-1 year).
Optional Photogenic:
♕You may enter as many photos as you would like, photos are $10 each. You will get one score per photo. Photos are encouraged to be headshots but you may submit any photo you like! One winner per age group will receive an award for best photo.
Awards:
♕There will be one winner for the title of Miss Eastern Elite 2025 in each age group. The winner will receive a crown & rhinestoned sash and be invited to the SCC Christmas Party. They will also get the other opportunities as the SCC queens!
♕Each age group will have between 1-2 runners up depending on numbers. They will receive a plaque.
♕All awards will be available for pickup in Waynesville or mailed to you! Judging will take about two weeks and results will be notified through email, Facebook, and messages.
This is perfect practice for other pageants and allows everyone to enter without the commitment of a full pageant day! You may pay your entry fee to hold your spot starting on September 1st and entry will close October 5th, videos are due by October 15th!
How to Enter:
1. Complete the entry form attached below.
2. An invoice will be sent to you through your email and must be paid a minimum of $25 deposit to hold your spot, the remainder is due by October 5th.
3. Email video of routine up to 60 seconds with the contestants name and age to SCCPageantry@gmail.com by October 15th!
**YOU MAY UPLOAD TO YOUTUBE AND SEND A LINK IF YOU WOULD LIKE. It is encouraged to post it as UNLISTED then send the link so only those with the link have access.
4. Results will be posted up to 2 weeks after the closing, feedback and scores will be emailed to each contestant.
If you complete the entry form & pay your entry fee, you can wait to submit your videos but they must be submitted by October 15th! For questions please message!
