I hereby request permission to access my Peter Mark work email account on my personal mobile device. I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Security Compliance
I will ensure that my device is secured with a strong password, biometric lock, or equivalent security feature. I understand that Peter Mark reserves the right to require additional security measures (e.g. remote wipe, encryption) as part of its IT and data protection policies.
Data Protection
I agree not to share, forward, or otherwise disclose any confidential work-related information from my email account outside of authorised channels. I understand that all data accessed remains the property of Peter Mark.
Usage Monitoring
I understand and accept that usage of work email on personal devices may be subject to monitoring or audit by authorised personnel, strictly in accordance with company policies.
Loss or Theft
I will immediately report any loss, theft, or compromise of my device to the IT or HR department to protect company information.
Removal of Access
I understand that Peter Mark may revoke access to work email on personal devices at any time, especially in cases of policy violation, role change, or upon termination of employment.
I fully understand that I have the right to disconnect, and Peter Mark are not requesting me to work any extra hours or outside my normal rostered working hours. I understand that any emails that are received whilst I'm off work, I am not obliged or expected to respond to until my return to work or at a time that suits me.
If at any time the Company, ask me to delete the Company email from my personal device for any reason I will comply with this request without delay.
