Vendor Registration
Thank you for expressing interest in participating as a resource for our attendees at the third Annual Mental Health Summit. We want a diverse group of people who can provide valuable resources to all in attendance. We will have young people (16-29) and community adult support (29+). If this is something your organization can accommodate, we'd love to have you join us. Please complete this form in its entirety, and we will be in contact with you to confirm.

Fee: $50 to cover costs and lunch for you and your team!

Set up: 8:00 am
Conference: 9:00 am-3:30 pm

By signing up to participate, you agree to the following:
- Remain at the event during the vendor times and contribute to the conference as much as possible
- Set up the morning of
-Pay a fee of $50 by September 30th, 2025
-Be recognized on our social media platforms and newsletter
-Offer something tangible for attendees at tables
