Booking Deposit Information:
To begin your custom order post consultation, a booking deposit is required to secure your order and initiate the design process. This deposit covers the time, materials, and labor needed to create your personalized mock-up. For orders under $100, full payment is required upfront. For orders over $100, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins. Once your mock-up is approved, the remaining balance will be due prior to production. Your deposit will be applied to your total. Production will only begin after the mock-up is approved and the full payment is received.

I understand that if I proceed post consultation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total (or full payment for orders less than $100) is required before my mock-up is created, and that my deposit will be applied to my total. I understand that production begins only after mock-up approval and full payment.
