- 8-Weeks access to unlimited training sessions at CBA Fitness, Onehunga
- Weekly Tech Session for programme participats only (Saturdays 8.30am)
- Week 1 and Week 8 Fitness testing
- Food guidelines to help you start your healthy eating journey (no meals plans or tracking involved)
- Group Workshop - Saturday 11 October 9am-11am
About Us
We are a women's only gym based in Onehunga. Our group training sessions are a safe space for you to get fit and strong, while having the guidance of an all female team of Coaches. Our strength sessions have an upper / lower / glute split across the week. And our conditioning sessions mix high intensity interval training with Crossfit lifting and gymnastics.
Our Kickstart programme is specifically designed for those new to a gym environment or those getting back into regular training again. Our weekly tech sessions will be key to helping you work on exercise technique, plus our team of Coaches will provide the support and guidance needed when you're starting out - you won't meet them once then be left on your own! If you have goals but are nervous about stepping into a gym, rest assured - we got you!
*Participants must be 18 years and older to participate. Please consult your GP prior to joining if you have existing medical or physical concerns that may affect your ability to exercise.
