Welcome to the application process for the newly established Excellence in Leak Detection award.

This Award will go to the plumbing contracting business that demonstrates the highest standards of leak detection in both commercial and domestic installations. Judges will want evidence of established methodologies for on-site and off-site analysis of leaks, and two domestic and two commercial job examples. These examples should describe the process, procedures, leak detection equipment used, physical repairs made to the sites, any on-site difficulties such as continual noise or obstructions that made repairs difficult. As evidence of your customer service, you will also need to provide the reports submitted to the customers

Openly assess customers, employees and business processes that relate to the category you have entered.
Mystery shop your business to assess your entry.
Conduct compliance and audit checks on your business that relate to the category you have entered
