To help us understand your request and organize your event as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask you to fill out this form as thoroughly as possible.

We offer our space and catering for both private and semi-private events...

Private Events
TestTafel offers its entire restaurant space for private events for 27 guests and upwards. Restaurant buy-outs come with a minimum income guarantee starting at €7,000 and can be made from both food and drinks.

Semi-private Event or Dinner
Our cosy Haeckel room can comfortably accommodate between 10 and 26 guests, or up to 36 if restaurant capacity allows for that evening. With this option, guests enjoy our classic multi-course tasting menu in a semi-private environment (other guests are hosted in the restaurant space). Please note that these reservations of 26 or below for dinners in the Haeckelkamer can be made here instantly! For reservations above 26, specific additional requests, or inquiries regarding other kinds of events, use this form. 

For large group reservations (above 9 people), we require a minimum menu-cost donation of €58,50pp, excluding drinks for the extra effort from our lovely staff.

Food
For private events, we offer various food options. This can be snacks, a buffet and our full experience - a multi-course tasting menu, or shorter variations of a TestTafel experience - a 3 or 5 course version.

Drinks
While we don’t offer fixed drink packages, we can provide an open bar with a curated selection of natural wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages; alternatively, we can also work with a token system, worth €5,5 each, and valid for our pilsners, house wines, and soft drinks.

Please note that these reservations can be made here instantly! For such reservations, we require a €15 deposit per person (the same as our regular bookings). 

Please only contact us via this form if you have questions, trouble with availability or request additional services such as audio or visual support. Please be aware that any extra support or services requested may come at a fee and may be arranged via Mediamatic's team. 

Drink/Bar options:

We don’t offer fixed drink packages, but we do provide an open bar. You’re welcome to set a spending cap for the event and choose which drinks you’d like to make available to your guests throughout the evening.

Alternatively, we can run the bar as usual, allowing guests to purchase their own drinks.

In both cases all bar income will count toward your minimum bar guarantee.

At Mediamatic, you have the option to extend your event beyond the restaurant and make use of a variety of additional spaces, with a fee charged by Mediamatic. 

These spaces can be added to your booking if you’d like extra room for a larger group, or if you’d prefer to split into smaller groups for presentations or breakout sessions. Just let us know which rooms you’re interested in, and we’ll be happy to include them in your request. Bear in mind that Mediamatic always has its own programming ongoing, thus the availability of these spaces varies.

What to expect now?

Once we have all the details about your event, we’ll send you a personalised quote. If you're happy with it, we’ll ask you to confirm the booking by signing an agreement.

Next, you will be sent an invoice for a 50% deposit of the minimum income guarantee with an additional €500 security blanket for Mediamatic.
