To help us organize your event as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask you to fill out the request form. Once we receive it, we’ll get back to you with available dates within 5 business days.

Before submitting your request, please make sure to read the following information:

At TestTafel x Mediamatic, we offer the opportunity to take over the entire restaurant for a private dinner starting from 26 guests.

This comes with a minimum income guarantee that covers our income to close the space for the public. The amount depends on the day of the week, but generally starts at €7,000 and can be made up of both food and drinks.

We offer various food options, including snacks, buffet and multiple course menus. While we don’t offer fixed drink packages, we can provide an open bar with a curated selection of natural wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Please note that the restaurant space on its own is not suited for parties. If your event does require a space to party or other spaces further than the restaurant, you can specifically request it in our inquiry form.

What kind of food would you like to offer at your event? You can combine multiple options (e.g. afternoon snacks & 3 course dinner) and request all options for lunch or dinner.
Drink/ Bar options:

We don’t offer fixed drink packages, but we do provide an open bar. You’re welcome to set a spending cap for the event and choose which drinks you’d like to make available to your guests throughout the evening.

Alternatively, we can run the bar as usual, allowing guests to purchase their own drinks.

In both cases all bar income will count toward your minimum bar guarantee.

Space:

At Mediamatic, you have the option to extend your event beyond the restaurant and make use of a variety of additional spaces.

These spaces can be added to your booking if you’d like extra room for a larger group, or if you’d prefer to split into smaller groups for presentations or breakout sessions. Just let us know which rooms you’re interested in, and we’ll be happy to include them in your request.

Once we have all the details about your event, we’ll send you a personalized quote. If you're happy with it, we’ll ask you to confirm the booking by signing and agreement and paying a 50% deposit of the minimum income guarantee.
