2026 Level One Festival Registration

2026 Level One Festival Dates:
- Winnipeg - April 21-24, 2026 @ My Church Winnipeg. This includes ensembles with 75+ members. Friday, April 24, 2026 will be our large bands day. We are going to invert our setup that day and turn the gym into the performance area. The lobby & parts of the sanctuary will become the storage areas, and will use the front of the sanctuary as a warm-up space.

Scheduling comments:
Scheduling is dependent on completed registration date. Performances take place between 8:40AM - 5:00PM. Register early if you are noting a scheduling consideration above (in-service, ski trip, etc...). Please note that although we will try to accommodate scheduling requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Repertoire Selections: Titles are required by March 20, 2026. Please submit via this link.

Clinician Scores: You will need 2 original (non-copied) scores for festival clinicians. Please bring them with you to the festival site.

Band Biography: Please submit your Band Bio online by April 17, 2026 via this form.

Conductors must be a Manitoba Band Association member to qualify for the member registration rate discount. To become a member, please visit mbband.org.
Registration includes photo package for the ensemble.

No GST or PST is charged.

Please make cheques payable to the Manitoba Band Association.

The date each payment is received is a significant scheduling consideration.

Registration is Non-Refundable after the registration deadline: January 23, 2026.
