🏁 Professional Conversation

How to prepare for the final part of the Application Process: your Professional Conversation with a UCA Assessor.
The final part of the UCA Supervisor Accreditation Process via this pathway is to have a 60 minute Professional Conversation with a UCA Assessor.

The purpose of the conversation is to give you the opportunity to:
- elaborate on any areas of your application that the Assessors feel need further clarification
- showcase a practical example of your work
- demonstrate how you ensure ethical compliance in your practice
You will be asked to provide the following information:
1. Clarify any areas within the application that do not yet meet the requirements
2. Provide an example of when you successfully guided a coachee through a challenging scenario
3. How you ensure ethical compliance in your practice
You will be contacted within 14 days of submission of your application to arrange your Professional Conversation. These take place with a panel of Assessors who have been highly trained in assessing UCA applications.
