Event Details:
- Setup will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
- A Regional Business After Hours social event will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21st. You are not required to attend, but you're invited to network with attendees from a wide regional impact area and enjoy light refreshments.
- Students will begin arriving at 8:00 a.m. each day, and the last group will exit by approximately 3:00 p.m.
- Breakdown can begin after the last group of students exits on Thursday, October 23rd—ideally by or before 3:00 p.m.
Marketing Kit Coming Soon!

As you prepare to participate in this year's Career Expo, please note that all trade partners will receive a Marketing Kit to help you make the most of your booth and engagement with students. To give you plenty of time to prepare, we’re sharing the basics now:

At a minimum, we ask that each booth include:
- A sign with your company logo
- Clear information about your hands-on activity or what students will be doing/learning
Additional suggestions in the full kit will include:
- Logo-branded tents (for outdoor partners)
- Logo magnets or signage for vehicles/equipment
- Creative branding ideas to help you stand out and leave a lasting impression
🚫 Please note: We ask that you DO NOT bring stickers or candy to distribute.

The full kit with examples and planning tips will be sent to all registered partners in the coming weeks. We appreciate your attention to these guidelines and your commitment to providing an engaging, educational experience for the students!
