Early Bird Special! First Booth: T$75.00 / Additional Booths: T$50.00 ea. 

After September 25th: First Booth: T$100.00 / Additional Booths: T$65.00 ea.

Shopping Hours: Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Set Up: Saturday 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Shut Down: Saturday, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

 

Once booth rental is confirmed, payment is non-refundable!

I understand and agree to the following: All products and services must be sold on a full trade basis at fair market prices. All products must be new, unless approved by the Expo committee. All exhibits must be set up by 9:00 AM Saturday. Exhibitors, products and services are subject to approval by the Expo Committee. Booths shall remain set up and selling during the entire Expo. I will be responsible for staffing my booth at all times. Tradebank is not liable for any lost, broken or stolen items. All Tradebank rules and regulations apply. I further understand that I am fully responsible for any damage to any party I may cause while setting up, taking down or operating my booth. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradebank International, Inc. any Tradebank Franchisee, and Carnes Rec Center for any negligent action on my part that results in any damage, harm or injury to any entity or person. Failure to show and set up my booth will result in a NO-SHOW FEE and I will be charged the entire amount of the cost of the booth(s), tables, etc, I requested.
