When you form your LLC, the state requires us to specify the management structure. There are two options:

Member-Managed

All members (owners) share in running the business and making decisions together.

Manager-Managed

Members appoint one or more managers to handle day-to-day operations. Members remain owners but are less involved in daily decisions.
