If you're a sustainable superstar or someone in need of community service hours, this opportunity is perfect for you! We're hosting our fourth annual Earthworm Festival and are looking for volunteers to help with a variety of activities at this fun, local, and one of a kind event. Event Details

Event Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025

Event Timeframe: 10:00am to 4:00pm 

*Volunteer Shifts: 9:30am to 4:30pm with both full day and half day options

Other Details: This is a rain or shine event, so please dress for the weather. Volunteers will be provided with a t-shirt, which can be worn over a long-sleeve shirt if needed. The Earthworm Festival grounds will be dirt, gravel, and grass. Closed-toed shoes are strongly recommended. Volunteers who choose to work the entire event will receive a free food voucher for the on-site food truck.

Volunteer Information

Volunteer Roles Needed:

• Welcome Staff
• Parking Attendant
• Kids' Tent Staff
• Vendor Assistance
• Zero Waste Station Staff

You will be contacted prior to the event regarding task preferences.

Time Commitment: Volunteers are needed for full-day and half-day shifts . Full-day volunteers will receive a free food voucher for the food truck on-site.

• Full Shift: 9:30am - 4:30pm
• Half-Day Shifts:
  • Shift 1: 9:30am - 1:00pm
  • Shift 2: 1:00pm - 4:30pm
